Day 1:

Travel Day

Catch your flight to your safari starting point in Nairobi, Kenya

Days 2 & 3:

Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya

Welcome to Kenya, the start of your safari experience. A Camili safari guide will pick you up from the international airport and transfer you to your hotel. Your accommodation will be at Hemingways Nairobi or Tribe Hotel.

Days 4 & 5:

Masai Mara, Kenya

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your short flight to the Mara. You will be picked up by a Camili guide at the airstrip and transferred to your hotel, arriving in time for lunch and some rest. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the Mara plains, finishing the day with a sundowner. Accommodation will be at either Mara Plains Camp, Kichwa Tembo, or Little Governors Camp. We will spend the next two days exploring the park on game drives, going on a hot air balloon ride, visiting a Masai village, and enjoying a bush dinner.

Day 6:

Nairobi, Kenya

You will check out after the morning game drive and catch your bush flight back to Nairobi. Your accommodation will be at Hemingways Nairobi or Tribe Hotel.

Days 7 & 8:

Livingstone, Zambia

After breakfast, you will transfer to the international airport where you will catch your flight to Victoria Falls. You’ll spend the next two days experiencing the majesty of the falls. Take a dip in the Devil’s Pool, enjoy a sunset cruise, and get a bird’s-eye view of the falls by taking a helicopter ride over the falls. Accommodation will be at Thorntree River Lodge.

Days 9, 10 & 11:

Okavango Delta, Botswana

This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Kasane Airport in Botswana where you will board a light aircraft to the Okavango Delta. We’ll spend the next three days exploring this mesmerizing oasis that boasts an incredible diversity of wildlife. We will experience the Delta via daily guided game drives, walking safaris, and Mokoro (traditional dugout canoe). Accommodation will be at either Mombo Camp or Xigera Safari Lodge.

Days 12, 13 & 14:

Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, South Africa

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip to catch a bush plane to Maun International Airport. There you will transfer to an international commercial airline to Johannesburg, South Africa. In Johannesburg, you will transfer to a bush plane to Skukuza Airport. Your safari guide will meet you there and transfer you to the Sabi Sand. We’ll spend three days there enjoying exclusive safari experiences, including exceptional opportunities to spot the Big Five and other wildlife species. Accommodation will be at either Singita Ebony Lodge or Londolozi.

Days 15 & 16:

Cape Town, South Africa

Today you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Johannesburg where you will connect to Cape Town. We will spend the next two days enjoying attractions in Cape Town and its surrounding winelands. Activities will include a Table Mountain hike, exploring winelands via bike, and visiting the urban city bowl. Accommodation will be at either Ellerman House or Belmond Mt. Nelson Hotel.

Day 17:

Flight Home

After checking out of your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
