The Pearl of Africa

Overview

Nicknamed “The Pearl of Africa” by Sir Winston Churchill, who visited and was struck by its natural beauty, Uganda remains one of the most stunning unspoiled frontiers of Africa. This tour will take you through the powerful and breathtaking cascade of Murchison Falls, then to see the chimpanzees of Kibale National Park. We will later proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to tree-climbing lions and over 600 bird species, including the rare Shoebill Stork. Your tour will culminate in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, renowned for being one of the last remaining habitats of the endangered mountain gorillas. Here we will track and spend time with these majestic creatures in their natural habitat.
